Position Title: Partnerships, CSR & Resource Mobilisation Manager
Department: Partnerships & Resource Mobilisation
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Executive Director / CEO
Functional Coordination: Head of Programmes, Finance, Communications and Programme Teams

Job Purpose

The Partnerships, CSR & Resource Mobilisation Manager will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and mobilising financial and non-financial resources for Unite to Groww Foundation. The position will strengthen the organisation’s engagement with CSR foundations, corporates, institutional donors, philanthropic organisations, government agencies, development partners and other stakeholders.

The role will lead opportunity identification, proposal development, donor engagement, partnership management, fundraising strategy and institutional relationship building to support the Foundation’s long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organisation’s overall CSR, fundraising and partnership strategy.
  • Identify potential CSR partners, corporate foundations, institutional donors, philanthropic organisations and government funding opportunities.
  • Develop high-quality concept notes, proposals, Expression of Interest documents, pitch decks and funding applications.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective funding and partnership opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors and partners.
  • Represent Unite to Groww Foundation in meetings, conferences, CSR forums and networking events.
  • Coordinate donor meetings, programme presentations, field visits and due-diligence processes.
  • Work closely with programme teams to design scalable, evidence-based and fundable development interventions.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for preparation of project budgets, costing and financial projections.
  • Support development and review of MoUs, partnership agreements and collaboration frameworks.
  • Track CSR trends, donor priorities and emerging funding opportunities.
  • Maintain donor databases, opportunity trackers and partnership records.
  • Coordinate timely submission of donor reports, utilisation updates and impact documentation.
  • Support the development of organisational communication materials, programme briefs and impact presentations.
  • Strengthen the Foundation’s institutional visibility and positioning within the development and CSR ecosystem.
  • Explore strategic collaborations with NGOs, academic institutions, social enterprises and technical agencies.
  • Contribute to diversification of funding sources and long-term organisational sustainability.

  • Number and value of funding opportunities generated.
  • Annual value of funds mobilised.
  • Number of new CSR and institutional partnerships established.
  • Proposal success rate.
  • Donor retention and renewal rate.
  • Timeliness and quality of donor submissions.
  • Growth and diversification of the organisation’s funding portfolio.
  • Strength of the partnership pipeline.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Rural Management, Social Work, Development Management, Public Policy, Communications or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, business development or institutional resource mobilisation.
  • Prior experience in the development or nonprofit sector is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience of developing successful proposals and managing donor relationships.
